Mr. Werner is a founding member of Osage Energy Management, L.L.C., Osage Energy Partners, L.P., Osage Energy Fund, L.P. and the Osage International Fund, Ltd. Mr. Werner has been active in the investment business for 10 years. From 2000-2004 he was president of the Eyes of Texas Partners, L.L.C., a private equity investment company that invested in a broad spectrum of industries including technology, energy, real estate, materials, and telecommunications. From 1999 until 2000, Mr. Werner was a relationship manager in the global business development group at Dell Inc. focused on solution selling to executives at Fortune 500 Companies. Mr. Werner’s previous financial experience includes Vice President of fixed income investments for Tejas Securities and financial consultant for Josephthal & Co. Mr. Werner received a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Nebraska in 1996.

Mr. Duszynski is one of the founding members of Osage Energy Management, L.L.C., Osage Energy Partners, L.P., Osage Energy Fund, L.P. and the Osage International Fund, Ltd. He has been active in the energy investment business since 2003 when he established Mergent Energy Group, a private equity fund. Prior to working as an investment manager, Mr. Duszynski spent 22 years working in the energy business, including positions as Senior Vice President of Refining for Basis Petroleum Company, Executive Vice President of unregulated power generation in the Western Region for Duke Energy Power Services, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Atlanta Gas Light Company, and Chief Executive Officer of Sequent Energy Management (the natural gas marketing and asset management subsidiary of AGL Resources). Mr. Duszynski received a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 1979 and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1981.

Since inception, Mr. Serra has been an advisor to Osage Energy Management, L.L.C., Osage Energy Partners, L.P. and the Osage Energy Fund, L.P. He became an active principal in Osage Energy Partners, L.P. in August 2007. He is also actively involved in private equity investments as both a principal partner of JD Equity, L.P., and as a Member Manager of Eyes of Texas Partners, L.L.C. He is currently a Master Teacher of Accounting and Finance in the Acton MBA of Entrepreneurship program offered through Hardin Simmons University. Mr. Serra spent over 20 years as an energy industry senior executive, specializing in energy trading and asset management, including positions as Chairman, President and CEO of Basis Petroleum Company, and as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Re-NEW Energy, L.L.C., a developer of synthetic fuel from coal. He also successfully launched the initial public offering of Genesis Energy, L.P. (GEL), a publicly traded MLP, serving as the first Chairman of its general partner. Mr. Serra served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and received a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia, and a Masters of Science in Industrial Administration from the Purdue University Krannert School of Management.

Since inception, Mr. Sheperd has been an advisor to Osage Energy Management, L.L.C., Osage Energy Partners, L.P. and the Osage Energy Fund, L.P. He became an active principle in Osage Energy Partners, L.P. in September 2007. Mr. Sheperd is an experienced investor in publicly traded energy equities including MLPs, Canadian Trusts, and has over 30 years of combined engineering and management experience in the North American energy industry. Along with Mr. Serra, he co-founded Re-NEW Energy, L.L.C., actively participating in the eventual sale of the company’s assets in a multi-party transaction to NexGen, Progress Energy, and Sempra Energy. Previously Mr. Sheperd served as Executive Vice President and Board Member of Wyatt Energy, and held key operational roles with AroChemical International, Phibro Energy USA, and BP America. He received a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Toledo.
